  • Middle Way and Circle of Security Parenting (COS) (English)
    January 23-March 27, 2018, 6-7:30 PM
    A 10-week course combining Circle of Security and Middle Way Parenting. COS is designed to help parents reflect on their past and present, and make small changes resulting in a stronger parent/child bond. Middle Way is a course designed to help parents discover and notice “extremes” in parenting, encouraging a balanced, “Middle Way” approach. The course is facilitated by a Registered COS-P Facilitators.
  • Anger Management Parenting (English)
    February 13-March 27, 2017, 6-7:30 PM
    An 8-session course designed to help parents reflect and process their emotions to be more present for their children and in their relationships. This class is facilitated by a Certified Anger Management Specialist-I.
