How to get involved

Volunteers are an essential part of Children’s Advocacy’s ability to provide services to the children of Smith County.

Who can be a CAC volunteer?

There are a variety of volunteer opportunities available, including family greeters, teen/elementary activity leaders during parenting workshops, clerical services, special events committee members, children’s Christmas party workers, and more!  Volunteers must complete a written application process (application, personal references, a pledge of confidentiality, civil and criminal background checks) and an interview. Adults ages 18 and older can have direct contact with the children.
