Holiday of Hope 2022
Many of our families can’t afford new toys, clothes, or basic necessities. And they need your help.
The Christmas season is such a magical time at the Children’s Advocacy Center of Smith County (CACSC) as we watch the excitement and anticipation of the season become a reality for the children and families that we serve!
Unfortunately, many of our families cannot afford new toys, clothes, or even the basic necessities for their children during this time of year. This is where our Holiday of Hope program steps in by connecting these families with caring sponsors in the community who help bring the joy of Christmas into their homes.
Generous people like you make sure children and their families who have experienced the unthinkable will wake up Christmas morning to gifts and much-needed items that they would not otherwise receive!
How It Works
The process is easy. The impact is huge.
If the answer is yes, then the next step is to fill out the form below, letting us know how many children you’d like to sponsor! Once we receive your information, we will reach out to confirm your participation as a sponsor and your assigned family’s wish list and information will be sent to you at the beginning of November.
Every family that participates in the Holiday of Hope program has been screened by our Family Advocates and Therapists to identify those with the greatest needs and the gifts are only for the immediate family and do not include any alleged perpetrators of abuse.
We feel incredibly privileged to provide life-changing services for our families who are working to get their lives back together, and gratitude for your willingness to share the joy of Christmas with those who need it the most.
Receive your family's wishlist from us in November
We will send your family’s wishlist to you at the beginning of November. The list is a guide, but you are not obligated to purchase absolutely everything on it.
Drop off your gifts (unwrapped) at the CAC from Nov 21st-23rd or Nov 28th-Dec 2nd
We ask that the gifts come unwrapped as we will provide the materials for the caregivers to wrap each gift.
